Autumn... Mi pequeño homenaje al otoño, yo nací un día de otoño, será esa la razón por la cual me encanta. Cada estación tiene unas particularidades que la hacen bella, pero en este caso es una belleza cromática, sonora, termal, que combinan a la perfección como si de una melodía deliciosamente melancólica se tratara. Los colores, el sonido del vaivén de las hojas, el olor de la lluvia, las tardes de sol y brisa fresca, que invitan a pasear jugando entre las hojas caídas del suelo...
Todo eso y mucho más es el otoño. Sus hojas no son tan distintas de nosotros, se sueltan de la copa del árbol para volar buscando su camino y al final de este caen, para transformarse en materia orgánica que será aprovechada de nuevo por la naturaleza...

Hay muchas hojas especiales en el otoño, pero esta vez me he decidido por la bonita hoja de Arce real, Arce noruego, acer platanoides. Seguro que las ves cerca de casa, esas hojas que pueden ser muy grandes, con colores anaranjados y marrones que ondean en las copas de los árboles para luego caer y cubrir el suelo. He intentado plasmarla en plata con un acabado pulido, colgante, pendientes y anillo forman esta nueva colección con claro toque otoñal.

My little tribute to autumn. I was born on an autumn day, maybe this is the reason for loving it. Each season has its own special features that makes it beautiful, but in this case is a cromatic, auditive, termal beauty that combines perfectly as it was a delicious melancholy melody. The colours, the sound of the dancing leaves, the rain scent, sunny afternoons with a cool breeze that invites you to take a nice walk playing with the falling leaves of the ground. All of that and much more is the autumn season. The leaves are not different than us, they fall out of the top of the tree, then they fly looking for their own path, and, at last, they fall to the ground, for turning into organic matter... 

There are lots of special autumn leaves, but this time I've chosen this lovely Norway Maple, acer platanoides. I'm sure you have lots of them close to you, they can be so big, and with lots of orange and brown colours that dance on the top of the trees for falling down and cover the ground. I have tried to capture this beautiful leaf in silver. Pendant, earrings and ring complete this new lasa jewellery collection with a clear autumn touch.
